4. Never try to suppress foot perspiration by means of strong substances. The result could be damaging to internal organs. The correct approach is to stimulate the kidneys for better elimination of wastes. Bathe the feet in an infusion of sage and afterwards rub them with a little Juniperosan. This amounts to a pleasant foot care regime and can get rid of foot perspiration in a natural way, given time. ‘

5. For eczema and athlete’s foot a foot bath with an infusion of wild pansy (heartsease) or cranesbill is recommended. After the bath dab Molkosan on the affected areas and as soon as it has dried, apply Bioforce Cream.

6. Blue areas, which are caused by dilated capillaries, should be treated like varicose veins. Take Aesculaforce orally and apply it externally as well.

7. For cold feet take foot baths, alternating between hot and cold water. Prepare the warm bath with an infusion of thyme, immerse your feet for three minutes, then place them in cold water for three seconds. Repeat this sequence for a total of about twenty minutes.
